Supernatural Powers Arise Naturally

If the five elements can be used well, not only will the body be healthy, but the self-nature soul-light can be produced better and in greater amounts.If you add the practice methods upheld by our school, the Vajra Dharma-Eye Lineage, and practice correctly step by step, your self-nature soul-light can manifest without limit, raising soul-light wisdom.Then, with the environment purified and external-spirit interference removed, so-called supernatural powers will naturally open up, and you will be able to see the unseen world with your own eyes.Of course, for someone encountering this world for the first time, fear and worry are common, so a genuine teacher is needed to lead the way, or one first needs correct and abundant knowledge for support.One of the main ideas the Vajra Dharma-Eye Lineage wishes to express is to urge everyone: in practice, know what you are cultivating and why!This unseen world cannot be glimpsed through divine sight alone, and opening divine sight does not let you see the entire unseen world; divine sight also has levels, just as schools have kindergarten, primary school, middle school, university and graduate school.Of course, supernatural powers themselves are also divided into the five eyes and six supernatural powers.Everyone can possess the power of the five eyes and six supernatural powers, just as everyone has eyes, a nose and a mouth.So why can ordinary people not use supernatural powers?In fact, ordinary people can also unwittingly use supernatural powers in daily life, such as the sixth sense, premonitions, dreams and inspiration; the reason is that sometimes, when a person is unconscious, the positive and negative soul-light of the body suddenly strengthens and briefly activates supernatural powers, but that is only a primary level of supernatural power.Even if an ordinary person has supernatural powers opened by a master, after a period of use his soul-light is overspent, and with no method to keep recharging, the so-called supernatural powers quietly vanish.There are quite a few so-called charlatans in the marketplace who surely did have some supernatural powers at the start, but did not know to recharge; in the end, for the sake of livelihood and face, they could only keep hiding the truth from everyone and became charlatans, which is truly a pity!A person's soul-light level generally lies between three and five million units; basically, a normal person has at least three million units of soul-light, and the soul-light needed to activate supernatural powers is around four million units.But most people consume soul-light continuously from birth, and very few can raise it, unless they live where the magnetic field is good, their ancestors are buried in good feng shui land, their practice method is correct, and they do good deeds and accumulate virtue; only then can they slowly accumulate more and more soul-light.Know that soul-light is equal to blessings and equal to savings; insufficient soul-light means insufficient blessings, and with insufficient blessings, what "deposit" can the soul have?Moreover, only a few people can live in a so-called blessed land or spiritual land, let alone find a dragon's lair.So we settle for second best and look for a correct method of practice and a virtuous, good teacher to instruct us, which is what most people can manage; but can you tell a bad method and bad teacher apart?The supernatural powers mentioned above are only latent potential awakened in the human body during the course of cultivation; they are not the goal we pursue, and most people with supernatural powers actually stray from the true path of practice because of this potential.Some become arrogant, some become reclusive and eccentric, some turn irritable and perverse, and some even go astray into delusion, thinking they are gods or buddhas.It is like someone who learns to swim one day and thinks he is great, that he understands the ocean and can swim to every corner of the world, when in fact a test of a higher realm has arrived.Put simply: one who has supernatural powers has only gained one more tool with which to verify the truth.To put it bluntly, he has only just graduated from kindergarten!Otherwise, why are there levels above humans, such as immortals, arhats, bodhisattvas and buddhas?So in practicing the Dharma, you must be humble and natural in your heart and must never seek speed.As your soul-light wisdom gradually rises, I believe you will understand everything I have mentioned.
