Fill the Hole and the Blessing Flows Back

📖Master’s Reading

Many rush to seek results but lack the patience to accumulate merit. Facing life's lack, we must understand one truth: what you lack this life is often because it was insufficient in past lives — the soul's "hole." With a hole, it is like a leaking bucket: however much water you pour, it cannot fill.

We often complain: why does practice or good deeds not take effect at once? In fact, it is because the debts of past lives are too many and the hole too large. Every effort you now make is automatically flowing to the past, filling those deep gaps. We must first mend the flaws of past lives before we truly see the effect emerge. Mending never shows instant results but is a steady, step-by-step process.

If you see no change at once during the filling, never lose patience and give up, for it only means the black hole of past karma is not yet fully filled. As long as you do not grow discouraged and keep patching the hole with good thoughts and real giving, when the gap slowly fills, the cosmos's law of cause and effect automatically triggers the "the full overflows" effect.

When the past hole is filled, the surplus blessing naturally spills into this life. Blessing never appears out of thin air; it is the harvest that flows naturally once you owe no more and have accumulated to a certain degree.

🌱Reflection for Daily Life

  • First mend the hole, and blessing naturally flows in.
  • Understand that this life's lack springs from past holes.
  • When practice and good deeds show no effect, do not rush to give up.
  • Steadily fill the gap and patiently wait for the full to overflow.
  • When the debt is made good, blessing naturally flows in.
Teaching

Past debts become holes; blessing leaks and cannot fill;

steadily fill the soil without discouragement — the full overflows into harvest.
