Fahsilin (Urgyen Fahsilin Buddhist Association, "we", "our"; website: https://www.indharma.com) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

Contact / registration data you submit through our forms (name, phone, LINE ID, message), used only to contact you regarding your enquiry, puja/course registration, or spiritual services.
Basic web logs (IP address, browser, referrer, pages viewed) from our web server, used for security monitoring and traffic analysis.
Analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — anonymised page-view statistics; no personally identifiable data is collected by us via GA4.

2. How we use it

Respond to your enquiries and process puja/course registrations.
Improve site content and user experience.
Meet legal and religious-organisation record-keeping obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data is accessed only by authorised staff of Fahsilin. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be shared publicly.

4. Data retention & security

Personal data is kept only as long as needed to serve your enquiry or comply with law. Web logs are rotated weekly. Our servers use HTTPS, restricted access, daily security scans and automated backups.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us (below). We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for site functionality (e.g. remembering your language / view preference) and GA4 analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

7. Third-party services we use

Google Analytics 4 — page view analytics (Google's privacy policy applies).
Google Ads API — used internally by our webmaster to obtain keyword search-volume data for our own website's content planning. Data returned from Google Ads is stored on our server only, is not shared or resold, and is used solely to decide which educational articles to publish. See Google Privacy Policy.
Google Search Console API — read-only access to our own site's Search performance, used by our webmaster for SEO.
Bing Webmaster API — read-only access to our own site's Bing performance.
LINE Official Account — for enquiries you initiate via LINE (LINE Corporation's privacy policy applies).
Facebook Page / YouTube channel — content-only presence; interactions are governed by Meta / Google policies.

Google API disclosure: Fahsilin's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page.
